Kyivstarovsky chatbot Zoryana has already served 300 thousand users

In the second quarter of this year, the mobile operator Kyivstar added 1800 settlements to the lists of those who use the 3G network. In addition, the company began to introduce technologies that will eventually allow it to move to 4G and LTE. The operator reports that the new equipment has already been installed by 50% of the Kyivstar radio network, and the volume of Internet traffic grew by 69% (users used 8,315 data TB).

Recall that in the last quarter the operator created a virtual assistant for Facebook and Telegram “Zoryana”. Note that the chatbot did not immediately work normally, but gradually the company has established adequate work of fashion innovation and the system has already managed to serve 300 thousand users.

The company also updated the system “My Kyivstar”. After updating it, 500 thousand people used the service. Now users can manage all numbers in one account and receive statistics of communication costs over the past six months.

Interestingly, the Kyivstar company is part of the TOP-20 of the largest tax payers in Ukraine, among companies of communication. For the first half of 2016, the mobile operator paid 1.933 billion hryvnias of taxes and fees.

In the 2nd quarter of 2016, Kyivstar continued the development of the 3G network, providing access to new communication technologies in more than 1800 urban and rural settlements.
At the same time, the company initiated a large-scale project to update the current 2G and 3G networks to prepare for the introduction of communication technologies for higher standards — 4G and LTE. Modern infrastructure solutions (Single Run), which are being developed by Kyivstar, will scale the network to various communication standards, as well as increase the capacity of the network for high -quality service of growing traffic. So, in the 2nd quarter of 2016, customers used 8,315 TB traffic, which is 69% more than in the same period of 2015. New equipment has already been installed by almost 50% of the Kyivstar radio network.

began to provide an intellectual virtual assistant «Zoryana». The virtual assistant answers customer questions in messengers (FacebOOK and Telegram), on the company’s website, on social networks. While working «Zoryana» consulted more than 300 thousand customers. In May 2016, the company updated the self -service system «My Kyivstar». The main difference between the new version of the system is that now users can manage all their numbers in a single account, as well as to receive free details for the last six months, regardless of the date of registration. The updated self -service system has already used about half a million customers.
Customers Kyivstar praised the quality of service and profitable tariff offers of the company. This is evidenced not only by the highest NPS index on the telecom market (loyalty to the service provider), but also to the growth of traffic consumption. In the 2nd quarter of 2016, Kyivstar offered customers a revolutionary line of tariff plans with increased volumes of minutes, megabytes, unlimited access to social networks and messengers, the ability to listen to music and watch a video without restrictions.
The MOU indicator in the 2nd quarter of 2016 increased to 559 minutes, which is 5% higher than in the same period in 2015. The average consumption of the subscriber’s dates for the subscriber reached 283 MB, which is 83% more than in the 2nd quarter of 2015.
Kyivstar takes an active part in the development of the country and society. In the 2nd quarter of 2016, the company continued the Make Your Mark project — Educational programs for schoolchildren and students. In addition, Kyivstar initiated Big Data School projects (training Ukrainians of the new Data Scientist profession) and VDNH-Tech (support for Ukrainian startups and the most technological sector of the economy).
For the first half of 2016, the operator paid the state budget of 1.933 billion UAH taxes and fees. According to the rating drawn up by the State Fiscal Service,
Kyivstar is included in the TOP-20 of the largest tax payers and holds leadership in terms of payments to the budget among companies in communications.
